This warranty does not cover damages resulting from natural disaster, accident,alteration to products, misuse such as knock and collision or exterior normal wear and tear.
Repair process：
In case of malfunction of this product,please contact the dealers whom you bought the products. Return the defective product as instructed and use the original package to the greatest extent. If this product proves defective in either material or workmanship upon after sale examination,SIMGOT will at no cost repair or replace the product.
Note：
Please be sure to provide the purchase receipt when returning for repair. Return requests cannot be processed without purchase receipt. We do not cover shipping,insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product.
